Why We Do What We Do

Residential & Commercial Services

We provide removal of iguanas from residential and commercial properties, which also includes golf courses, marinas or any other location where iguanas are identified.

Iguana Damage and Information

Iguanas can cause extensive  property damage through burrowing to create  nests.  Swimming pools/decks, walkways, driveways, foundations and seawalls can all be adversely affected.  Even HVAC systems can be damaged by these invasive, non-native creatures.  Ask us about the time a single iguana wrecked  $30k worth of  commercial HVAC equipment.  We also have a great story about a dam in WPB which required $1.8M in emergency repairs due to iguana burrowing.

  •  Iguanas are a non-native, invasive species.
  •  Female iguanas dig burrows for nesting, and create interconnected tunnels, sometimes up to 80 feet, for travel and laying of their clutches.
  •  A female can lay anywhere from 50-74 eggs at a time, and can live between 10-20 years.
  •  Eggs hatch in 3-4 months.
  •  Iguana eggs can attract other pests such as raccoons and snakes.
  •  Iguanas can carry and transfer salmonella and leave large fecal droppings.
  • Iguanas destroy expensive landscaping and fruit trees.
